Terms of service

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. We offer unisex sizes only. We do not except exchanges or refunds on items that do not fit. If you have any questions on sizing, please reach out.

Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items, they are made especially for you. If a mistake is made on your part (in terms of spelling, initial order, color, font, etc.), we cannot refund, exchange or discount your order. If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered or issue a refund. (Please note that picture evidence and or shipping back to shop will be required)

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages:

If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of an undeliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.

Furthermore, MaeJestic Tribal Designs LLC and its team are in no way responsible for delays due to shipping carriers. Once the package has been dropped off and you are given proper tracking information, your order is out of MaeJestic Tribal Designs LLC control. Any issues that arise will have to be addressed with the shipping carrier.

Time Frame:

The turnaround time is 1-6 business days for transfers and clothing items, unless noted otherwise upon ordering. We try our hardest to get all orders out well before turnaround time. Pease contact MJTDhelp@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
